- 07-30-2008: Yamahas new 4-axis controller
RCX240 is the new 4-axis controller from Yamaha. It replaces RCX141 (incremental type) and RCX142 (absolute type). To meet the customers requests, absolute data is now retained for one year. Vision and tracking system can be added easily. RCX240 is completely compatible to the former types to assure an easy replacement in older systems. - 04-01-2008: Vision system for Yamaha robots

The XG series of the Yamaha-SCARA-Robots has been expanded from 70 to 100 cm. The new types are available from now. A higher precision combined with increased speed are the outstanding features of these Scara robots. - 09-10-2007: Yamaha releases new NXYx-Series
The new NXYx-Series from Yamaha is available from now. It uses the new technology with the motor integrated into the slider. This makes possible higher speeds and more accuracy at long stroke. Multi-slider axis is also possible.
